In 1987 a group of entrepreneurial corporate finance and business advisors came together to support clients in cross-border transactions. 30 years later, Globalscope has 10,000 completed deals globally and 55 members in 48 countries, including RB ASIA in Uzbekistan.
Globalscope Spring Conference was held on 10-13 April 2019 in Paris, France. During the conference it was announced that Globalscope completed 77 transaction for 1,628 mln Euro during 4q 2018 and 1q 2019, which is an exceptional result. Moreover, Doniyor Islamov, Managing Director of RB ASIA made a presentation of New Investment Horizons in Uzbekistan. The presentation caught great interest from Globascope members and many of them offered the projects in which they would like to collaborate in Uzbekistan.
It was followed by sectoral meetings in Consumer, TMT, Finance, Industrial, Services and Life Science sectors. In the sectoral meetings buy-side and sell-side opportunities were presented in each sector.
During the Gala evening at the Palace of Versailles, high achievers of Gloalscope were awarded with the prizes. Paramax (USA) and CatCap (Germany) were awarded the 1st prize, as each of the companies completed 8 transactions during 4q2018 and 1q 2019.
Finally, it was announced that next Globalscope conference will be held in New Delhi (India) in Autumn 2019 and will be hosted by RCS Advisors.
