RB ASIA was founded in Uzbekistan in 2017.
The purpose of the company's creation is to provide consulting services in the field of investment advisory and corporate financing of investment projects to international companies and investment funds that are interested in foreign direct investment in the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as to local companies that are looking for investors, international partners and financing to expand their business or complete sale of the business.

RB ASIA also provides services in the field of market research, as well as strategy development, strategy implementation and transformation of public and private companies. ​

Since 2017, RB Asia has been a member  of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan .

RB ASIA is an accredited consultant of the EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development), and participates in the projects of the World Bank, Islamic Development Bank, Asian Development Bank, GIZ in Uzbekistan.
